Net Interest Income rose by 22% to ₹305 crores, while Non-Interest Income increased by 29% to ₹103 crores. The company also improved its Cost to Income Ratio to 64.3%, down from 70.5% in the previous quarter, and achieved a Net Profit of ₹97 crores, a 49% year-on-year increase. Notably, the Gross Stage 3 Ratio improved to 1.6% from 2% in Q1 FY25, indicating better asset quality.
Strategically, CGCL is focusing on diversifying its product offerings and enhancing technological capabilities. The introduction of new products such as Micro Loan Against Property (Micro LAP) and rooftop solar loans aims to tap into underserved markets.
