In December 2024, Sahaj Solar secured a ₹100 crore medium-term loan to enhance production capacity, research and development, and market presence. During the REI Expo, the company announced a partnership with Clientek Solutions to establish a 1.5 GW solar module production line. An initial order for 750 MW of solar modules is expected to be delivered by October 3, 2024, with the second 750 MW phase commencing by the end of 2025

Sahaj Solar operates in photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturing, solar water pumping systems, and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services. The company is an empaneled partner in various government schemes and tenders, adhering to international industry standards. ​

Financially, as of November 29, 2024, Sahaj Solar’s stock was priced at ₹501.70, with a 52-week high/low of ₹790/₹342. The stock’s price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio stood at 42.4, and the book value per share was ₹79.1. The company reported a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 39.4% and a return on equity (ROE) of 53.2%. Notably, Sahaj Solar does not currently offer a dividend.

In September 2024, Sahaj Solar agreed to sell its 51% stake in Sustainable Planet Green Energies Private Limited to Teras New and Renewable Energies LLP for ₹0.38 million, pending shareholder approval.
